High-performance AC servo drives INVT DA200A from Gemamex
20 January 2025

INVT’s DA200 series of high-performance AC servo drives is an iconic product family developed by China’s leading industrial automation solutions manufacturer with a strict commitment to the modern needs of industrial users.
Based on proven motion control technology, the single-axis servo drives of the series are an excellent choice for equipment requiring absolute positioning and high stability, including robots, production lines, machining centers, etc. The DA200 models integrate innovative algorithms for controlling the latest generation of direct drive motors, which improve dynamic performance, reliability and usability.
DA200 servo drives are available in the range of 0.4 to 3 kW in 220 V versions and in the range of 1.5 to 7.5 kW in 380 V versions. They offer the fastest response in this class to speed changes, with a response frequency of up to 2 kHz, and among their leading advantages is extremely precise positioning.
Positioning Excellence
Support for a 23-bit encoder with a resolution of 0.15 arc seconds ensures accurate positioning and stable processing at low speeds – when integrated into metalworking machines and centers, as well as a smooth surface of the parts with high finishing quality. The use of an absolute encoder ensures that position data will not be lost in the event of a power outage or shutdown.
Among the advantages of INVT’s DA200 family of servo drives are the wide capabilities for network communication, remote control and high-speed synchronous control thanks to the support of a large number of interfaces popular in practice, including Modbus, CANopen, PROFINET and EtherCAT.
The series models feature fully closed loop control capabilities and internal position control. For systems requiring simplified motion control, the internal program design enables a simpler PLC architecture and optimized external configuration.
